*He began his artistic life in 1973 as a dancer in Mehall Alkobra. then he moved to work in several teames on Balloon Theater in Cairo.he worked as adancer under the supervision of great dance masters such as mahmoud Reda,Mohamed Khalil, Kamal Naeem, FATHI aNDRAOUS...........ETC.
************************************************** In 1979, He worked as atrainer in Kafr Alshakhi .
WHERE HE SET UP THE TEAM BY HIS OWN EFFORT
it coud participate in alot of local and international . fastivals in Egypt,s governorates till 1985.
**************************************************In this period , He coud get two studies in the public culture . his artistic activity stopped in 1986 as he travelled for a year . he worked as a dance travelled abrood for ayear .he worked as adance trainer in many schools in Europe.

* In 1987,he returned to egypt where he designed and trained the team of youth and sport in kafr El shakh, it the team was the first in 1987, 1988 and 1990 , the thirdd in 1991 , the secord in 1992 and the first again from 1993 to 2000.*From 1987 to 2001. Ibrahim Abd Elmaksoud could get 14 courses (once a year) in the centre of prearing leaders undr the super rivision of the Ministry of youth.
A lot of great egyptian artists worked under his supervision such as hassal lotfi, al gedawy armadal, mohamed khalil, farida fahmi and othars.
That ilcludad alot of topics and specialezations in the field of egyptian popular arts.
